Katie Austin’s impending exchange of wedding vows may not be new information, but her coming wedding-inspired fitness series is. The California-based instructor, who is marrying fiancé Lane Armstrong in May, just announced on social media that she will soon be launching a fitness series dedicated to her upcoming nuptials.

The video that she posted to her Instagram announcing the series didn’t reveal much. In it, the 30-year-old wore a white sports bra and biker short set and carried her white yoga mat into the room to the tune of “Chapel of Love” by The Dixie Cups. She proceeded to put her mat down, pull on a pair of white lace gloves and place a veil in her hair.

While it’s not entirely clear what the series will entail, it is safe to say that it’s geared toward brides (though, that’s not to say it isn’t fit for all of her followers to partake in regardless).

Austin has been clear that the lead-up to her spring nuptials will involve more attention to her self-care routine. At the onset of 2024, the fitness instructor set a few goals for herself that were particularly tailored toward ensuring she feels her best for her upcoming wedding day. Her new habits include using a massage gun four times a week, walking five days a week, hitting her water consumption goals and doing red light therapy four times a week, she told SI Swimsuit back in January.

Though we are still waiting to hear exactly what her new series might entail, we have no doubt the goal will be the same: ensuring she and her fellow brides feel great at their ceremonies.
