When it comes to seasonal recipes, we can always turn to certified fitness trainer and health coach Katie Austin. The three-time SI Swimsuit model regularly shares “healthified” versions of meals on her app, as well as her social media channels.

The reigning co-Rookie of the Year did just that with one of her latest seasonal treats, which she shared on TikTok earlier this week. The best part is, Austin’s pumpkin spice iced coffee protein shake requires only three ingredients. Here’s how she makes it:

Katie Austin’s Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • Califia Farms iced coffee
  • Califia Farms pumpkin spice creamer
  • Plant-based protein powder of choice

Instructions:

  1. Fill an empty ice cube tray with Califia Farms iced coffee and allow to freeze.
  2. Throw the cubes into a blender and top with a generous splash of pumpkin spice creamer.
  3. Add protein powder and blend.
  4. Transfer to a drinking glass and top with ground cinnamon or a bit of pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Enjoy!

As Austin noted in her caption, this single-serving beverage is a great pre- or post-workout snack, thanks to the plant-based protein powder.

“Can’t wait to make,” one fan wrote in the comments.

“YUMMMM I NEED,” another concurred.

“THE COFFEE ICE CUBES😩😩😩😩,” one fan noted of the super simple step.
