The Sculpt Society

, the celebrity-favorite app offering at-home dance cardio and sculpt classes, has a lot going for it. It has gained traction in the fast-growing exercise app space for a variety of reasons, among them the effectiveness and versatility of its workout routines.

At the heart of Roup’s mission is the notion that you don’t need to hit the gym for 30 or more minutes per day to get an effective workout in. All you need is a mat at home and five to 10 minutes out of your busy schedule to move on a consistent basis. That’s all it takes to build an exercise habit that will last, according to Roup.

With that in mind, she’s currently in the midst of a “30 days of free workouts” series, in which she shares a different routine targeting an area of the body each day. On day 14, the fitness instructor posted a two-minute plank ab series that we thought was absolutely worth sharing.

Not only is the routine thoughtfully crafted and, thus, effective, but it was made to be versatile and fit for any fitness level. The series can be performed in a high plank position or on your knees, if you need to modify.

“This deep core focused workout will leave you feeling so sore the next day,” Roup promises of the quick set.

So, the next time you hit the mat, be sure to add this ab burner for an extra challenge.
