Olivia Ponton is giving the people what they want: the secret to an SI Swimsuit model’s exercise routine. The 2022 rookie and influencer divulged her fitness secret on TikTok earlier this week.

The 20-year-old offered up a clip of herself in the gym on the video-based platform. “what’s your current workout routine…” was written across the screen as Ponton wore headphones and posed with a quizzical expression in a green sports bra with white piping.

She then lifted the camera up higher in the next clip to show herself walking on a StairMaster. Ponton wore matching green leggings with a white stripe down the side and white athletic shoes.

“i legit walk on this thing for an hour straight,” the on-screen text read as Ponton again pulled a face.

“i’m in pain,” the model quipped in her caption.

Plenty of Ponton’s nearly 8 million followers on the platform jumped to the comments section, amazed by her athletic stamina.

“Girl I can’t even do the stair master for 15 mins😭😭😭,” one person wrote.

“An hour? Girl I can do like 5 mins tops,” someone else agreed.

“stair masters are addicting,” a fan stated.

“those things are PAINFUL,” another person expressed.

On a similar note, Ponton shared another workout-related TikTok earlier in the week. She joked about her love for athleisure, particularly gym-ready sets from Alo Yoga.
