Alix Earle Gets ‘Unready’ Atop the Empire State Building to Celebrate Reale Actives Launch

Like Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’s hit song, Alix Earle is also in an “Empire State of Mind”—or should we say an Empire State Building state of mind.
The content creator took to the Big Apple on Monday, March 30, to celebrate the release of her first-ever skincare line, Reale Actives, which launched Tuesday, March 31. Announcing the endeavor last week—following nearly a month of teasing—Earle’s brand promises to “pair clinically proven actives with barrier-loving support so skin can chill while breakouts are addressed.”
While in New York, the Dancing With the Stars Season 34 runner-up also stopped by the aforementioned Empire State Building, where she partook in one of her famed social media trends at the very top.
Earle brings Get Unready With Me series to new heights
In a new video shared with her 5.5 million Instagram followers, Earle got “unready” with products from her collection. While the wind was certainly a factor, the content creator powered through, applying the full four-step routine, which she noted in the caption is all available at the brand’s official website.
Earle wore a chic, city-ready outfit in the clip, dressed in a monochromatic cream ensemble complete with a high-neckline mini dress and a coordinating coat. Both pieces featured a luxe-looking embossed pattern, adding a fun spin to the popular corpcore fashion trend.
And Earle didn’t stop there! Aside from applying a full skincare routine atop one of America’s most recognizable buildings, she also changed the color of the structure. “Things just got Reale at the Empire State Building. Tonight we shine mint with [Earle] and [Reale Actives], in support of [Mount Sinai NYC’s] Mammovan—bringing 3D breast cancer screening to neighborhoods across all five boroughs of NYC,” the Instagram account for the Empire State Building penned in their caption. “[Earle] stopped by to flip the switch, tour our immersive museum, and take in the views from the 86th and 102nd Floor Observation Decks.”
Reale Actives is officially available
As noted above, Earle’s Reale Actives skincare line is now available for purchase via their official website. The collection offers a comprehensive array of products, including the “Reale Essentials Kit: Complete Routine” if you’re looking to try all four products.
“I can’t wait for you to experience the routine and show some skin with me,” Earle penned in a letter featured on the website’s “About” page. “And remember … our skin can be a journey of ups and downs but we hope to remind you that your reale skin is beautiful along the way.”
