Jenna Ortega Nails Corpcore Goth Aesthetic for Latest Red Carpet Appearance

In early August, we covered a roundup of our favorite outfits from Wednesday's global press tour, worn by its leading lady, Jenna Ortega. Two months later, and we’re adding another one to its elaborate roster.
In Hollywood on Sunday, Nov. 9, the 23-year-old actress, who stars as Wednesday Addams, headed to Netflix Tudum Theater in a perfectly pinstriped ensemble curated by her stylist, Enrique Melendez. In an Instagram story, Melendez credited Ortega’s duo of striped garments as being from Ann Demeulemeester. As seen in Vogue, both the tailored vest and wide-legged trousers are part of the label’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection.
However, Ortega’s red carpet attire had a more casual appeal. Compared to heavily pleated trousers, the actress’s bottoms featured minimal structure and even included a drawstring—which draped down to her knees. Additionally, the Primetime Emmy and Golden Globes nominee wore a knitted thermal long sleeve top underneath the figure-hugging vest, and added a chunky cross necklace to finish the look.
However, Ortega wasn’t the only Wednesday cast member to step onto the scene in a sophisticated style that spoke to the spooky aesthetic of the Netflix television series, which released the first half of its second season on Aug. 6 before dropping the following installment on Sept. 3. Joined by her on-screen parents, Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams) and Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), the trio smiled for a “family” photo, with the exception of Isaac Ordonez, who plays Pugsley.
Guzmán opted for a sleek black trench coat with a white button-up, black trousers and added a pop of color with burgundy sneakers. Contrasting her on-screen daughter’s corpcore-inspired display, Zeta-Jones exhibited a lace mini dress with sheer paneling and a high neck. The meet-up between the trio follows a shift in family dynamics for the Addams family this season, Ortega told ELLE Australia in an interview in September—specifically between Wednesday and Morticia.
“I think a big part of the elaboration [of Wednesday and Morticia’s relationship] was just being able to shoot with Catherine more because she became a series regular this season and we had more screen time,” Ortega told the publication. “We could flesh out the characters and their dynamic a bit more, and she’s so intelligent and intuitive. We learned a lot from each other.”
Per a release from Tudum, the show will return to the streaming platform for Season 3, though there is no confirmed release date yet.
