‘Love Is Blind’ Season 10 Reunion Recap: All the Most Surprising Moments

The pods are officially...closed!
Season 10 of Love Is Blind is in the books, following the reunion special, which aired on Wednesday, March 10. While last week’s finale episode had plenty of drama of its own, the reunions—which are filmed about a year after the show initially wrapped—always bring new, surprising revelations about the cast. This year was no different, with the pod squad from Ohio on hand to reveal all of the juicy behind the scenes insight with hosts Vanessa and Nick Lachey.
So, if you didn’t have time to check out the reunion, but you’re wondering who’s still married, who’s broken up and who’s expecting a child, we’ve got you covered! We’ve compiled the biggest revelations shared during the reunion for you below.
And you can also catch up on what you missed with our recap of the season finale here.
Amber and Jordan are in the process of getting divorced
The reunion wasted absolutely no time diving into the drama, immediately revealing that Amber and Jordan are no longer together, despite both saying “I do” at the altar. The two cited differences in their lifestyles, trust issues and distance as the main reasons for their parting, as they never moved in together following their nuptials. According to Jordan, their marriage lasted “four months,” and they’re currently in the process of getting divorced.
Things got a little heated as the Lachey’s questioned the two more about their disagreements, with Amber storming off after she revealed Jordan “didn’t say goodbye” to her seven-year-old daughter, Emma, before leaving. Still, she eventually returned to the stage for the rest of the reunion.
Bri and Connor are still together, despite not making it to the altar (yet)
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Bri and Connor—who opted not to walk down the aisle just before the big day—are still together. During the reunion, the two cemented their stance as a couple, with Bri clarifying that her decision to postpone their wedding on the show didn’t translate to her wanting to break up with Connor. Now, the two are happily dating and moving their relationship forward at their own pace.
The Lacheys also asked the two about Bri’s now-infamous conversation with Chris at the bar, wherein Chris hit on Bri after breaking things off with Jess, despite Bri still being with his friend Connor. Connor noted that it hurt to see someone he thought was a friend disrespect him behind his back. The two men no longer speak, but Chris apologized to Bri, Connor and Jess for his actions during filming. And hey, speaking of Jess...
Jess found love in the pods—just not with Chris
Chris’s breakup with Jess easily became one of the most viral moments from Season 10, with the former explaining his lack of physical attraction to the latter by repeatedly stating that he usually dates women who do “pilates.” Jess called their engagement off there, telling Chris: “If my body isn’t good enough for you, I’m never going to be like ‘Oh please, still love me.’”
Following Chris’s apology at the reunion, Jess told him, “Thank you for apologizing—and, more importantly, thank you for showing me who you were quickly.” The Lacheys then revealed that, while things didn’t work out on the show itself, Jess had still made a connection in the pods. After the show wrapped, Jess and Haramol—another pod squad member—became friends, with Haramol eventually “shooting shots” at Jess, who reciprocated. Haramol also shared a beautiful message with Jess from the live audience, which moved her (and many other audience members) to tears.
Devonta is going to be a father
The final couple to be reunion-style grilled by The Lacheys were Brittany and Devonta, who called off their wedding the morning of the event. In the finale episode, Brittany said she “could see [her] life being with” Devonta, but Devonta cited self-doubt as his reason for not wanting to walk down the aisle, wondering if he “could love [Brittany] the way [she] needed to be loved.” The exchange appeared to end with the two still engaged, but the reunion special confirmed they’re no longer together.
Devonta revealed he’s with someone new, and they’re expecting a child—a fact Brittany said she wasn’t made aware of before the announcement at the reunion. Brittany’s father confronted Devonta from the audience, asking if he “lied” to him when he told him he was ready for marriage. Devonta insisted he hadn’t lied, and Brittany’s father followed up by saying, “This is not a game. You don’t say, ‘I’m not going to quit,’ you say, ‘I’m going to commit,’ and then you do everything you can to be the man that you said you were going to be. Please take that lesson and apply it.”
Christine and Vic will be getting a well-deserved vacation
Let’s end this recap on an upbeat note, shall we? Aside from Amber and Jordan, one other couple tied the knot this season: Christine and Vic. Throughout Season 10, they were easily the strongest couple, appearing to have very few disagreements and working through the ones they did have with open communication. As of the reunion, the two are still happily married and living their best, blissful, newlywed life.
Even so, the reunion episode still had a surprise in store for them—but first, a little backstory. Following the engagements earlier in the season, the couples were all sent to Mexico on a honeymoon-style getaway; however, the show was only able to send six of the seven couples, and Christine and Vic were instead gifted a trip to Malibu. Online, fans rallied, wanting to see the lovebirds finally get an international trip together, and—thanks to a gift from TurboTax—the two were given the opportunity for a true honeymoon abroad at the reunion special.
And that’s a wrap on Love Is Blind Season 10! We’ll see you back here when the pods officially reopen again later this year for Season 11.
