Olandria Carthen Continues Her Couture Style Streak in Unique Dress for Paris Fashion Week

The stylish ‘Love Island USA’ superstar is in France this week as both a guest and a runway model.

Okay, fine, we’ll elaborate.

In case you somehow missed it, the Love Island USA Season 7 standout has been taking the fashion world by storm over the past few months—specifically with her designer and couture ensembles—and she’s showing no signs of slowing down. In fact, quite the opposite, as she put the metaphorical pedal to the metal for her latest look at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week on Monday, Jan. 26.

Golden goodness

In short, Carthen arrived at the Rahul Mishra Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2026 show looking like a glittering golden goddess.

According to Glamour, this magnificent mini is Mirshra’s aptly-named “Heart of Gold” dress. The garment is equal parts clothing and art installation, as all the best couture pieces are, comprising a swooping, structured piece layered atop what appeared to be a matching bodysuit. The top portion was crafted using what looked like a staggering amount of golden sequins, which all but glowed from within. The piece also featured delicate, vein-like details, further earning its “heart” namesake.

And an ensemble this daring demands a standout glam to match. Carthen and company accomplished just that, as the model’s radiant skin was topped with more gold in the form of a fabulous highlight, rosy cheeks, fluffy eyelashes and glossy lips. Her short black hair was then slicked back, allowing the makeup centerstage. Finally, the model topped everything off with some statement earrings and a pair of matching gold pumps.

A fashion-forward future

Glamour also reported that the reality TV superstar is in France this week to attend the event as both a guest and model, as she’s slated to walk in her first-ever Paris runway show. This achievement is the latest in a long line of exciting fashion moments from Carthen, and things are only getting bigger and better for the superstar in 2026. In fact, she already made headlines this month when she attended the Golden Globes wearing a breathtaking emerald gown by Christian Siriano, quickly topping several best-dressed lists for the evening.

Of her passion for both fashion and beauty, Carthen told Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam during her digital cover feature last year, “I love clothes that have a defined silhouette and a statement piece. My beauty lies in the balance between elegance and self-expression—that’s the root of my style.”

And few descriptions better summarize her breathtaking Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week debut. One thing’s for sure: we can’t wait to see what Carthen styles next!
