Paige Spiranac Reveals the No. 1 Thing About Her That Would Surprise Fans the Most

In a new YouTube video, the content creator and former professional golfer opened up on a number of topics.

Content creator Paige Spiranac just took to the green for a little “Confession Time.” In a new video posted to her YouTube channel on Thursday, Aug. 6, the former professional golfer played a round while chatting about everything from her favorite beverage (a piña colada or a shot of tequila) to whether or not she has ever dated anyone famous (nope!).

During the segment, the 33-year-old Colorado native also revealed what she thinks fans would be most surprised to learn about her: She is super goofy.

“I am ... super silly, super goofy and I think sometimes that side comes out, especially in some of the content I create, but I also have a very serious side, so I’m very multidimensional,” Spiranac stated. “We’re all complex individuals who have our own struggles and quirks and things that make us us, but ... at the end of the day, I just need to be myself and the people who like me will like me, and the people who don’t like me will not like me. And sometimes that’s a really harsh reality to accept, but I’m working on it and we’re making progress. Year of growth and blossoming.”

While driving around the course in a golf cart, Spiranac also revealed her favorite things about herself, which were in a similar vein. “I think that I am incredibly resilient. I think that I am kind, and one of my favorite qualities about myself is my sense of humor,” she said. “I think that I have a really good sense of humor, I don’t take myself too seriously. I think the reason I’ve been able to laugh so long within this industry, despite all of the hits that I have taken along the way, has been my ability to laugh it off.”

Following a Division I golf career at the University of Arizona and San Diego State University, Spiranac briefly played professionally before pivoting to a career in content creation. Today, she shares instructional golf content across social media with millions of fans—plenty of whom chimed into the comments section of her latest YouTube video with praise.

“Love the bubbly personality ️and fun vibes you give off ️️….Keep being awesome,” one person wrote, while someone else concurred, adding, “Your bubbly personality is just the best. I also adore that you are not afraid to be yourself. The ability to not yourself too seriously is one of the most attractive traits someone can have.”
