Certified fitness trainer Katie Austin posted a can’t miss workout on Instagram this week. The SI Swimsuit model offered up three lunge exercises that make for a more effective workout.

In the Feb. 16 clip, Austin wore a two-piece coffee-colored workout set and white athletic shoes as she demonstrated three specific moves: side lunge to overhead presses, reverse lunge to RDLs and curtsy lunges with chest presses.

The only equipment the 29-year-old used was a yoga mat and a pair of lightweight dumbbells, so this sequence is perfect for at-home workouts or can even be executed on the go while traveling.

“Make lunges more EFFICIENT with these combo moves👏👏 they’re total body exercises that you won’t get bored with,” Austin wrote in her caption.

A few of Austin’s 379,000 IG followers piped up in the comments section to thank her for sharing the workout, while also inquiring about her adorable athleisure set.

“LOVE these!! Where is this workout set from? 😍🤎,” wrote one person.

“thanks for these workouts. My kind of workouts,” added another.

Austin encouraged her followers to download her Katie Austin App in order to access more than 220 similar on-demand workouts. She also alluded that something new would be dropping in the near future.

“Something SUPER exciting is happening soon with my program so STAY TUNED!!!!💫🎉,” she teased.

Last month, the fitness influencer shared a 10-minute dumbbell only arm workout that’s guaranteed to work your shoulders, biceps and triceps. It’s another minimal equipment set of exercises that’s great for both at home and at the gym.

Austin, the 2022 co-Rookie of the Year, will return to the SI Swimsuit Issue this spring—see some BTS footage from her photo shoot in the Dominican Republic here.
