Katie Austin is on a self-admitted high-protein recipe kick of late, and her social media followers are reaping the tasty benefits.

On Sunday, the certified fitness trainer shared a flourless protein banana chocolate muffin recipe on Instagram, which we simply can’t wait to recreate. Austin demonstrated her method in her IG story, where she also provided the recipe for those who wish to recreate the muffins in their own kitchen.
